RydexSport ("Rydex Sport", "we", "us", or "our") accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Return authorization required

Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

Freight Items
Large items and heavy equipment may incur return freight costs and restocking fees up to 15% depending on manufacturer policy.

Restocking fees, if applicable, are determined by the manufacturer’s return guidelines and will be clearly communicated prior to return authorization.

Damaged Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable
Custom and special-order items may not be eligible.
